BOOKINGS AND ATTENDANCE

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. If you fail to attend without rescheduling, Ian may decline to offer another call.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Prices, payment schedules and refund terms will be explained before you purchase a paid programme. Payments are subject to the specific agreement presented at the time of purchase.
